OnSite Heat Treatment&Project Management
Comprehensive service for outages consisting the following key elements:
1)Provision of support calculations such as windage & buckling for heat treatment of vertical vessels &saddle calsulations for heat treatment of horizontal vessels
2)Provision of heat treatment specifications & work instructions prior to commencing work to all codes & standards.
Onsite Heat Treatment & Project
3)All necessary safety documentation inclusive of "Task Risk Assessments" & "Safety method Statements"
4)Project management & on site supervision of heat treatment services
5)Execution of heat treatment operations in both electrical & gas techniques
6)Pre outage site visits to advise on merchanical preparation for heat treatment planning & resource allocation.
Automatic Thermocouple-Attachment Unit
Eliminate expensive temperature control and recording errors as well as thermocouple failures! Automatic Thermocouple Attachment Unit(TAU) helps eliminate the risk of expensive rework by enabling accurate temperature control, recording & reducing the risk of thermocouple breaking off during the heat treatment process.
TAU
TAU also used to attach thermocouple for other temperature monitoring applications that require reliable temperature measurement. It can be difficult to attach thermocouples with manual attachment units, which require both hands to operate. TAU require only one hand to operate which can be an important safety feature when working at elevated levels / inaccessible locations.
Ease of Operation & Maintenance
1)Can operate by one person,
2) Single handed operationin automatic mode
3)Simple to operate,
4)No welding skills required,
5)light weight & portable,
6)Recharged simply by connecting to the appropriate a.c. supply
7)Indicating lights show unit charge status & battery status
Operation & Maintenance
8)3 power settings can be selected in both automatic & manual operating modes
9)Automatic switch off after 3 minutes to save battery power
10)Carrying shoulder strap fitted as standard
11)Integral storage compartment for safe storage of pliers, magnet & recharging cable.
Cooperheat Heat treatment Module
STE-Moderm pressure part design places high importance on integrity of welded joints. Where required, successful heat treatment is essential, especially with high performance steels. This requires equipment that can provide accurate control of the cycle parameters, along with uniformity of temperature throughout the geometry.
5 Keys Criteria
1)Value for Money-Fuctionality & versatility Cooperheat heat treament modules with other similar products in the market, you will find they deliver a rapid return on investment.
2)Versatility-Instant access to output channels that can be used for power either 30V/ 60V heating elements without changing any tappings on the transformer/connect additional heating element in series
Keys Criteria-Versatility
-'Advantage 3" digital temperature controller/programmers operate in C /F
-Temperature controllers display both set point temperature & actual work piece temperature
-Transformer secondary tappings allow for supplying power to 30V/ 60V heating treatment cycles simultaneously.
Keys Criteria-3)Operation&Maintenace
-Clear, illuminated digital display showing actual & set point temperatures
-LED indicator light show "power on" for each output channel
-Input/output sockets are located on back panel
-Simple access to transformer tapping board, for maintenance to instruments means a swing hinged front panel
-Connectors provided for simple connection of primary supply cable.
